Our team has extensive experience in the installation and check out of the following suites but not limited to Automated Logic, Delta, Siemens, Alerton… We will work hand in hand with your project management/ engineering team in coordinating the most cost-effective installation of your system.
Our project managers have in depth knowledge of P6 and Microsoft Project to help develop timely and accurate schedules to communicate our activities and durations with the project team/client to ensure timely completion. We would be happy to incorporate your activities of design, submittal review, procurement, programming, check-out, functional performance testing, close out on the baseline schedule.
We excel working in occupied and live buildings. We have confirmed through many years of experience, that the success of a tenant improvement projects are; having accurately coordinated weekly schedules with all stakeholders, providing timely notice provisions for access and durations, submitting timely Sequence of Procedures (SOP) for any power interruptions (shutdowns) and having concise consistent communication with all project stakeholders. Our electricians’ primary goal is to avoid or limit the interruptions to tenants and occupants.
We have strong relationships with local lighting vendors to provide you with all your lighting needs from industrial to high end solutions. We can provide retrofit kits to convert current lighting to LED or re-lamping.
